Climate Control

Temperatures are kept between 65-70º F (18-21C), and humidity is maintained at optimal levels to keep your equipment cool and static electricity at a minimum.

Facilities are constructed to be as clean and dust-free as possible to reduce the potential for breakdowns or performance loss.

Power

Our facilities provide continuous power, even during city or state-wide power outages. We do this by installing or contracting the following services:

• Diesel Generators backing-up power risers
• UPS systems to groom any spikes, drops and transfers to generator
• Optional redundant circuits available to each rack

How It Works

If power is lost on the main city grid, the generators backing up the system will automatically start, immediately supplying power to the risers that feed each facility. Each main breaker is supported by a UPS that seamlessly grooms the bump created during this switch to generator power.

Web Integrity keeps pace with growth, and always maintains proper environment controls for the safest, most efficient operation of Internet and telephony equipment.

Security

Keycard Access

No one is admitted  without prior customer authorization. Each authorized individual must have a unique electronic keycard to gain access to the facility. When entering the building, this keycard must be presented at checkpoints which are monitored 24 hours a day by on site security. The access system keeps a record of each person's access. He or she may bring a helper into the facility, but the keycard holder is ultimately responsible and tracked.

Facilities are monitored electronically and alarms notify our staff members automatically if conditions deviate from the acceptable security and operating levels . We maintain updated security lists with our staff and have procedures for calling additional security personnel within minutes.
